The terminal lobby and services are available to the general public. Entry to the passenger boarding area requires a boarding pass and proper identification, as well as clearance through the TSA Security Check point.
Pocatello AirFare Gift Shop and Snack Bar
Open during flight times Monday-Friday, Pocatello AirFare snack bar and gift shop offers local souvenirs as well as travel necessities and snack foods and beverages. To contact the gift shop call 208-234-6154 ext. 109.
Vending Machines

Beverage and snack vending machines are located in the main lobby. There is also a beverage machine in the passenger boarding area. Beverages purchased in the main lobby and from the snack bar are not allowed through security. Only beverages purchased from the vending machine inside the passenger boarding area and our free coffee also located inside the passenger boarding area are allowed on the aircraft.
Free Wi-Fi

Pocatello Regional Airport offers free wireless internet service throughout the terminal. Under your computer’s list of available wireless networks, simply select the Pocatello Regional Airport network and follow the prompts. Please note that it is a public, unsecured network.
Free Coffee

Pocatello Regional Airport, in coordination with Pocatello AirFare, offers a free “to-go” cup of delicious Treasure Valley coffee to passengers inside the boarding area that can be taken onboard the aircraft.
Media Center
A great place to relax and recharge or get work done before your flight, our Media Center has comfortable chairs, desk space, and several charging areas including both USB and 110V electrical outlets.
ATM

There is an ATM available for use in the terminal lobby next to the SkyWest/Delta ticket counter. The use fee is 2% of the transaction with a minimum charge of $2.50.
Luggage Carts
Luggage carts are available at no charge for passenger use. Carts or located inside the main terminal entrance and are first come, first served.
Mail Drop
A U.S. Postal Service mail drop box is located outside the main terminal entrance.
Courtesy Phone
A courtesy phone provided by Air Terminal Advertising is located next to baggage claim. The phone is set up for speed dial to many of the local hotels.
Paging
Paging of passengers and patrons is available by calling the Airport Manager’s Office at 208-234-6154 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Meeting Room
There is one conference room in the terminal available for public use. The room is approximately 800 square feet with a 14’ conference table located in the center of the room. The table seats 14 people but the room can accommodate approximately 50 people with extra seating, depending on configuration. Amenities available for use with the room include a widescreen plasma TV with S-video, HDMI and RCA inputs, a DVD player, and projector screen. Wi-Fi is available in the room. Users may bring in their own food or purchase lunches and snacks from Idaho Unlimited Gift Shop and Snack Bar. Please call 237-0749 to make advance arrangements with Idaho Unlimited.
Fees for use of the room are $135.00 for a half-day (anything 4 hours or less) and $210 for a full-day (anything over 4 hours).

Child-Care Stations
Many restrooms at the Pocatello Regional Airport are equipped with baby changing stations.
Shoe-Shine Station
Courtesy of Meyer’s Shoe Repair, reusable shoe-shine kits are available inside the screening checkpoint for a quick buff before your trip at no cost!
Take-a-Book, Leave-a-Book
Courtesy of Friends of the Marshall Public Library, you are welcome to take a book from our mini-library to help fill your travel day. Feel free to leave a book that you no longer need on your next trip through!
Water Bottle Refill Station

Art Exhibits
Pocatello Regional Airport is proud to display a photography collection presented by the Pocatello Arts Council showing the beautiful scenery and culture of the region. The collection is featured throughout the terminal.
Also sponsored by the Pocatello Arts Council is the Kizuna Japanese Garden. Located directly in front of the terminal, The Kizuna Garden is one of only two Japanese gardens located at airports in the United States. The other garden is located at the Honolulu airport. Kizuna Garden is an amazing site full of beauty and symbolism and a great way to pass the time while waiting for your flight.
Smoking Areas

Smoking is not permitted inside the terminal. Smoking stations are available outside.
